February 7th, Kailyn uploaded a few videos before leaving with Matt for the weekend. Matt is known to be controlling and restricts her internet access while she visits. Everyone assumed that was the reason for her silence. The weekend passed and there was still no word from Kai. Since
Valentines Day was coming up, it was possible that Kai was staying longer so that they could spend it together.
Typical Kai would have obnoxiously Instagrammed every detail of their V-Day and bragged about the (cheap) gifts that Matt bought her. So when Kai still hadn't returned - it was obvious that something was up. The Pretty Ladies began to speculate about the potential scandal that was brewing in Bowie.
Much to our surprise, Kailyn returned the following day when she was featured in the new episode of
Willams Beatdown. She pretended to be unbothered by it and claimed to be busy looking for apartments with Matt.
Kai disappeared again for a few days after that. During that time, someone had posted the Wilchers address in a garage sale post. Several people showed up at their home and they were forced to put a sign outside.
There was speculation that the Wilchers has posted the ad themselves and that Kai (and/or Lisa) were moving. The anon who posted the ad came forward and admitted that it was a prank.
Kailyn began privating all of her accounts. Being the attention whore that she is, she announced it to the blog and forgot to hit anon. Oops!
She has had worse pranks pulled on her in the past and it's obvious that there's more to this than just wanting privacy.
Kailyn claims to be done with Youtube for good but she has yet to delete her channels. They're both on private because she knows that she'll be back when she starts craving the attention again. Her entire life revolves around Youtube and she cares more about that than her own family and husband.
Rumors started flying about why Kailyn had really decided to leave. Davit randomly popped in and told the blog that he had heard a rumor from his friends about Kailyn being pregnant.
Davit texted Kai to see if the news was true and these are her replies.
Kailyn says that she and Matt have moved into their own apartment but we all know that she's still sitting in her lavender dungeon and mouth breathing on her computer screen as Matt reads this post to her.

I can't believe nobody has figured this out before, but the rumors about Lisa kicking Kailyn out are completely wrong and it will never happen. There was an agreement between her and Michael that Lisa could continue to live in the house on Melling Lane while she raised Kailyn. She only started her home salon when she had Kailyn so she could be a stay-at-home mom.
Did you seriously never wonder why Lisa babies her so much, and has never pushed her to be independent? Lisa has the same sense of entitlement and wants to be able to half-ass her way through life and live comfortably. As soon as Kailyn moves out Lisa has to go, too. Keeping Kailyn at home is completely to Lisa's benefit, and it won't change anytime soon.
